Rise For Change

Rise for Change offers remote training for anyone who would like to increase their understanding of domestic abuse, how it impacts individuals and how best to support survivors in a trauma-informed way. Our training packages empower participants to step away with tangible skills and practical tools to improve their response to domestic abuse all in easy to digest sessions.

Challenging the Status Quo

Domestic abuse is a hidden pandemic. We all have a duty to rise up and challenge the status quo.  No workplace, community or interpersonal system is free of domestic abuse. Our training empowers everyone to be equipped to identify, respond to and appropriately support domestic abuse survivors.

We work from a trauma-informed and intersectional perspective – our training takes into account the impact domestic abuse can have on every part of a person’s life and how, in turn, this influences how they navigate the world. We empower those attending to build critical awareness, understanding, and the  ability to provide sustainable and safe responses to both survivors and the wider conversation of Domestic Abuse.  We currently offer 3 different training options suitable for frontline staff as well as those in  wider HR and management roles and those with existing knowledge looking to build, grow and develop.
